The first, after an extensive search throughout the island, was the purchase of a lot in Chilmark for our daughter and her husband to build their home. Soon after my wife and I purchased a condo in Oak Bluffs. Then, after deciding to make the Vineyard our permanent home, Perry began a patient search for something that met our specific needs.
